Easter Light

Hope Springs Eternal

Dear Garden Family,

Annually, we see our beautiful landscape change; autumn becomes winter, hours shorten, and with that, the cold drawn out days. Yet, however long those moments appear to be, we know somewhere deep down that spring is only round the corner… a few of us hoping it arrives quicker than normal!

And here we are, witnessing these signs; bird song in the brighter mornings, warmth for the longer days and buds of colour spraying the land with their fresh hues.

May this Easter-tide bring you renewed hope, remembering that no matter how difficult one’s present moment, change might only be around the corner.

We wish you strength to persevere as you journey forward in peace. May your hope never wane.

Happy Easter to you and your families, whether present or in Light.

Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without the words,
And never stops at all,

And sweetest in the gale is heard;
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little bird
That kept so many warm.

I’ve heard it in the chillest land,
And on the strangest sea;
Yet, never, in extremity,
It asked a crumb of me.
