Not all the water in the rough rude sea
Can wash the balm off from an anointed king;
The breath of worldly men cannot depose
The deputy elected by the Lord

Shakespeare’s Richard II

Despite the challenges, this Coronation is a moment of pride, transition and change. Yes, there will be difficulties ahead but there will also be many more opportunities. King Charles has always been vocally present in confronting many issues, such as climate change, social inequality and the global pandemic.
